Eight processes of prestressed steel wire marshalling
Prestressed steel wire grouping equipment mainly includes steel wire reeling machine, steel wire rack, steel wire wave press, corrugated fixture, fixture assembly table, fixture press, steel wire stretching machine and pendulum wire friction saw. Wire grouping mainly includes the following processes:
1. The steel wire is inverted. The steel wire that has passed the inspection is transported from the warehouse to the workshop, and the steel wire is inverted on the wire reel by the wire reeling machine.
2. Install the steel wire reel. After the steel wire is installed on the steel wire reel, the steel wire reel is installed on the steel wire reel frame. There are two steel wire trays in each assembly line, and 48 steel wire trays can be installed.
3. Steel wire pressure wave. In order to improve the bond strength between the steel wire and concrete when the smooth steel wire is used, the steel wire needs to be subjected to pressure wave treatment. After the steel wire passes through the toothed sub-wave rollers, a corrugated steel wire is formed. The wave pitch is generally 40 mm and the wave height is 1.5-2.0 mm.
Fourth, steel wire positioning. The steel wire passes through the steel wire locator (horizontal positioning and vertical positioning) at the front end of the fixture assembly table after pressure wave, so that the steel wires are arranged in position and enter the fixture assembly table.
5. Install the corrugated fixture. The corrugated clamp can hold the group of steel wires firmly for tensioning. There are two types of corrugated clamps currently used, one is a two-wave clamp and the other is a three-wave clamp. When installing the corrugated fixture, place the corrugated clip between each layer of steel wire on the fixture assembly table, and then press it with a corrugated fixture press and tighten the nut. In this way, the entire group of steel wires are compressed, and the position of the steel wires can also meet the design requirements.
6. Stretching steel wire group. Pull the installed corrugated fixture with a steel wire stretching machine along the stretching machine table from one end to the other. Since each steel wire receives a certain group force when the steel wire passes through the wave press, each steel wire in the steel wire group can basically maintain the same length. The corrugated clamp at the end of the steel wire group is pulled to a certain position on the stretching machine and automatically stops stretching under the control of the stroke switch. Then install two sets of corrugated clamps continuously on the other end of the steel wire group.
Seven, cut the steel wire. When the corrugated clamps are installed at both ends of the steel wire group, the steel wire is cut with a pendulum friction saw. This completes the marshalling of a steel wire group.
8. The steel wire is inserted into the mold. The wire grouping process is continuous. The clamp hook of the stretching machine can be woven into a wire group by a vise reciprocating once. After the steel wire grouping is completed, move the steel wire together with the corrugated clamps at both ends into the sleeper model.
